Why the Change?
The new name reflects what our practice has become. We focus on non-surgical, regenerative orthopedic care, using treatments designed to support the body’s own healing. Those include PRP, Wharton’s Jelly Stem Cells, Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Exosomes, Peptide Therapy, Focused Shockwave Therapy, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression and Precise Image-Guided Injections.
Our philosophy hasn’t changed. Derek Wimmer, PA, built this practice on three principles: see clearly, explain honestly and treat precisely. As Derek puts it, “I built this practice so patients aren’t shuffled through a system. Direct access to Derek, 24/7. Every member gets Derek’s private phone line. If you tweak your back on the course, feel a new twinge in your knee or have a question about your recovery, you don’t have to go through a call center or wait for a callback. You reach the person who knows your case.
Unlimited office visits. There’s no need to decide whether something is “worth an appointment.” If something doesn’t feel right, come in. Catching small issues early is one of the best ways to keep them from becoming big ones.
Unhurried visits. Concierge visits are longer by design. You can talk through several concerns in one visit, ask every question on your list, and leave understanding your plan, not just holding a prescription.
In-office imaging included. Imaging is part of your membership, so your care is guided by what we can actually see. Decisions get made faster and with more precision.

. Foundation: Everything in Access, plus a year of scheduled treatments, including shockwave or spinal decompression sessions, PRP, quarterly Wharton’s Jelly Stem Cells, Mesenchymal Stem Cells and monthly B12.
. Restore: A deeper regenerative program with additional PRP, a full-dose Wharton’s Jelly protocol, quarterly IV vitamin therapy and monthly vitamin D3.
. Pinnacle: Our most comprehensive level, with the highest treatment frequency, IV exosome therapy, peptide joint injections and maximum-frequency wellness support.
Because concierge care depends on time and attention, membership is intentionally limited.
Updated Annual Maintenance Plans
We’ve also redesigned our Annual Maintenance Treatment Plans. Starting at $125 per month, they offer bundled treatments at a predictable monthly cost for patients who want ongoing care without full concierge access. They’re a great option for many patients, and they can be a first step toward membership later.
