8 Ways to Keep Your Fitness ResolutionThe TOP New Year’s resolution is fitness!  Sixty nine percent of Americans want to be fit and healthy in the new year.  We all want to be healthy and mobile into our retirement years.  So how do you get fit and stay fit?  It’s a lifestyle thing.

1.    Movement
