Walk-in Center: The New Alternative to the Busy Emergency Department Millennium Physician Group’s New  Englewood Walk-in Center Now Open!

Feeling ill during the evening or weekends and in need of medical treatment?  There’s a new alternative to the Emergency Department. Millennium Physician Group’s new Walk-in Center in Englewood is available Monday through Saturdays to treat patients in the area.

Drs. Constantine Georgiadis, D.O. and Brian Kerbyson, D.O. will be on staff to care for residents of Charlotte and South Sarasota Counties.

The new Walk-in Center is great alternative to patients in the Englewood area. Patients no longer have to travel into Port Charlotte to get treated at Millennium Physician Group’s Walk-in Center. The Englewood Walk-in Center will be open to residents Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There are no appointments necessary and wait times are much shorter than a typical Emergency Department.

“What separates our Walk-in Centers from others is that we always have a physician on on-site to quickly diagnosis and treat your injury or illness,” says Dr. Kerbyson.

The Walk-in Medical Center will treat a wide range of minor health issues, including sprains, sore throats, bruises, colds, infections, earaches, flu symptoms and burns.

“These are all things you don’t have to wait in an Emergency Department to receive treatment for,” says Dr. Kerbyson. “Our Walk-in Medical Center is fully staffed with physicians, nursing staff and X-Ray technicians. We are prepared to take care of your health needs.”

The Englewood Walk-in Center is conveniently located at the Tiffany Square Plaza on South McCall Road.
