Legacy on Lanier is an 18-hole course designed by the well-known course designer Billy Fuller. Whether you are a professional or a once-a-year golfer, you will be able to maneuver the course, which includes 12 holes along the lake. After a day of golfing, head on over to the resort’s spa, Tranquility, located at Legacy Lodge. Relax while you experience a rejuvenating facial, or a full-body massage.
Equestrian Center
Animal lovers will enjoy riding horseback on a trail that loops around Lanier Islands The Equestrian Center also offers riding lessons for small groups or individual private lessons, all from certified A.R.I.A. (American Riding Instructors Association) instructors. Stop at the Holiday Village at the end of the tour for a chance to roast marshmallows, let your children ride carnival rides, or to shop for holiday tree decorations.
